Guma-Warnii Resources (GWR) is a private Australian company providing professional temporary and permanent white and blue collar recruitment services across the resources, civil and engineering, and public sectors.

Our vision is to provide a positive working environment for all and work with our clients to improve the quality of their teams whilst ensuring the highest level of recruitment, retention and employee satisfaction.

We are the ‘bridge’ between industry and traditional way of life (indigenous and non-indigenous), promoting diversity and offering sustainable economic pathways for employment. The GWR management team works closely with clients to tailor our services based on their recruitment needs and offering solution-based responses.
